Merchandise Return Terms & Conditions
1). Returns will be accepted only by obtaining a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from Allegro Display & Graphics by completing the form below within 10-business days of delivery. RMA form must be included with all packages returned. Items returned without a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be credited. After 10-business days, no returns can be authorized.
2). Returns will be accepted only on standard off-the-shelf stock items and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3). Shipping and graphics cases, once shipped, cannot be resold as brand new. Therefore, all returned cases will be resold as used and are subject to a 50% restocking fee in order to do so.
4). No returns will be accepted and no refunds credited on made to order items, custom order displays, flooring, signs, graphics, custom printed/imprinted products, special order items or products shipped directly to a hotel, event or advanced warehouse.
5). We do not guarantee products will arrive on a specific date and therefore are not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed for any reason whatsoever and returns will not be accepted for orders that do not arrive on time.
6). We do not guarantee that colors pictured on our website will accurately match the color of the actual product you receive and therefore returns and refunds will not be accepted because a color doesn't match what's shown on our website.
7). Absolutely no returns will be accepted and no refunds credited on products that have in any way been used, damaged or are otherwise deemed unfit for resale. Allegro Display & Graphics reserves the right to carry out a full inspection before accepting any return.
8). All returned items must be repackaged and returned in their original cartons. Returned merchandise received at our facility that is broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned must be insured by you for your protection. Purchaser is responsible for damage caused while products are in their possession or damage caused by the freight company they hire for return shipment.
9). Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise.
10). Returns must be received for inspection no later than 10-business days after RMA issue date.
11). Allegro Display & Graphics reserves the right to limit the return of stock items to quantities of 3 or less.
