Shipping Damage: Upon receiving, open and inspect your shipment immediately. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receiving merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any claims not reported within that time frame.

All products ship exclusively via FedEx; we do not ship using third-party billing accounts.
Pre-production and Artwork Confirmation: Typically 1-business day after receipt of acceptable artwork and order.
Design templates: There are no design templates necessary for our Classic imprints.
Maximum imprint areas: 6ft table covers - 50"W x 13"H; 8ft table covers - 50"W x 13"H.
Maximum number of logos: one logo imprint per table cover; no multi-logo designs.
Production-ready pricing is based on clients designing their artwork to our production-ready specifications and sending file(s) directly to our production department with uploadDirect�ۢ. No design or layout work is included in prices.
 SOLID COLOR (white or black) vector art, Adobe Illustrator files (<2mb .ai or .eps) only.
1/8" MINIMUM THICKNESS. All text strokes & serifs, all lines & objects must be a minimum of .125" (1/8") thick at 100% print size.
NO JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP, PSD or any other type of bitmap files; embedded or linked.
FONTS must all be converted to outlines [how?]
CANNOT use any filters, brush strokes, gradations, drop shadows, screens, tints, blends, transparencies, or any type of special effects. CANNOT include overly complex artwork.

This is a special order item which is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Warranty: All table coverings are warranted from the date of purchase for one year against defects in material and workmanship. After inspection, table coverings found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory���s discretion and returned at no cost via standard ground shipping. Shipping for inspection and any expedited shipping charges will be the customers responsibility. If deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired or replaced at the customers cost. Non-warranty issues include, but are not limited to: color, accidents, stains, misuse and/or incorrect use, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, vandalism and damages in transit. Custom printed items are non-returnable, non-refundable.
